It gives rise to the \u201cnew normal\u201d or unprecedented state of affairs post-crisis that becomes normalised, morphing into our current standard of living. In the labour market, for example, remote working is so prevalent this trend successfully turns into a global workplace norm.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, the increasing demand for constant connection also exacerbates the digital divide. The responsibility to stay connected becomes a financial burden for many who cannot afford technological convenience or are unsupported by the digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Catalyst means a factor and an action that potentially allows us to achieve a system change.
