As a policymaker, understanding such a phenomenon requires human insight, seeing from other humans\u2019 perspectives, the first-jobbers receive a salary that does not reflect living cost and their economic condition is different from the past. Such human insight can help policymakers identify the right policy questions, for instance, how to make wages correspond with the living cost and how to create better understanding across generations.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human insight is the process of trying to understand another human being with empathy.
